Hi, hope everyone is good and well. I'm just curious whether this would be the correct external hard drive I'd need for my Xbox One. Also, would I need to format it before use or would it work perfectly fine once plugged into the USB slot? Thank you in advance.
I hope that you're also good. I have the same but with a 4TB capacity. It has never failed. When you plug it in, the console will ask you if you want to format it and then it will be ready.
