Haven't seen anyone still selling codes for anything that old. Best bet would likely be to try and pick up some cheap gift cards and buy that way I think.
It all depends. When it comes to backwards compatible, damn near all xbox one games work, a small portion of the 360 library works, and a handful of og xb games work. Some games like l4d2 or the orange box can be bought through the 360 marketplace or online. Some games like operation flashpoint: red river are just inaccessible, digitally.
