@johnedwin That doesn't make any sense. If you buy a game and you don't think it's any good, and lose interest, are you going to continue playing it? Not many will, and would opt for returning it and getting something else, or would just let the game sit there with out ever touching it again.
@Ilyn Alot of people buy games and either play them merely because they spent money on it, or it gets returned or traded in if they didn't like it. I wouldn't have bought Expedition 33 as, I am not big of an of these Final Fantasy type games. I actually hate Final Fantasy, but I'm giving Expedition 33 a chance because the story is pretty dark. So far, the game is only ok. I will play more to see if it gets better as I progress, but it's not a game I would have thought of buying or played if it weren't for Gamepass.
@BANJO I see. I'll guess you'll get your chance soon enough. If you are a fan of 2D sprite based fighters, then you should really check it out. I doubt you'd be disappointed.
@BANJO Well, to be honest, I wasn't too found of any of the games after Samurai Showdown 4. All the games after that one seemed lacking in quality as well as design for a lot of the newer characters. But they are still worth having in the collection. Samurai Showdowns 1 through 4 though were excellent games, 2 being the absolute best in the series in terms of game play and just about everything else.
As I mentioned before, I have all these games except for perfect, which I really don't have very high hope for since it will probably be basically the same as 5 and 6. But the online play and artwork makes this collection well worth the cash. No all they need to do is make a Fatal Fury King of Fighters, and Art of Fighting collection similar to this Samurai Showdown one. That would be just fantastic!
@BANJO For me, 8 don't care how they review this, as I have played all of these games before, and still play them until today. Except of course for Perfect, as this is the first time it will be released after being cancelled for the Neo Geo. I already know that most of the game in this collection are fantastic, and no kind of review will ever change my mind about that. On top of that, this could turn out to be a huge collector's item.
Seeing as I'm a long time fan of SNK who has been playing their fighting games since Fatal Fury and the first Art of fighting, I'll most definitely be picking this up. I already own these games, but this is worth it for the online mode and artwork. I can't wait!
