The 'Mass Effect Legendary Edition' game bundle is currently £5.99, though not for long "ends in 1 day". I know EA play is that price, but it's specifically £6 on the buy button on its page. But either way, for the ME trilogy (inc all the DLCs) £6 is a great price.
The Game Chat asterisk is an interesting one, but not really that concerning. On the original Switch, it has screenshots & 30s video clips via the capture button, but some devs opted to not include that feature, I imagine to claw back some performance. Would not be surprised if Nintendo saw a similar approach to their Switch 2 features, especially if/when it becomes apparent that a fraction of players actually use the feature (which given the apparent low framerate shown in promos, drop-off could be significant).
Also given the Switch had fairly anaemic hardware (essentially an old off the shelf Nvidia Tegra X1 tablet chip) and has had many "impossible ports" on the system, a Switch 2 that can provide PS4/XB1-ish level of visuals on Switch 2 (especially for handheld) will be a huge upgrade either way.
