I've had gamepass since sea of thieves, currently on ultimate until early 2027. I've watched the value of it plummit for the last year and would struggle to justify it if they drop day 1. I'm pushing 40 now so don't have the free time I once did and between my backlog and sales there's no compelling reason to continue. Id probably still buy 1st party if they were good but nothing bar Forza has warranted full price for a long time, though I really hope that changes with so many good IPs and being an Xbox fan since Sega killed the Dreamcast I'd rather stay in the ecosystem.

@Deshalu hate to say it as I was really looking forward to the cancelled games but you're absolutely right. It's a business and these games have been racking up costs for 7-8 years at this point with nothing to show for it, it's not like the tango games situation where at least they made game's and some really good ones that just unfortunately didn't sell all too well through no real fault if their own.

Finally playing Mario galaxy on the switch, never played on the wii to my shame. Deadspace remake and Cocoon on gamepass as well
