Congratulations on making it to Friday, people! Now, how's about another daily roundup of all the games coming to Xbox on September 11?

It's a quiet one today, with only four games releasing on Xbox. Headlining the newbies is the latest ice hockey romp, EA Sports NHL 27. Recently, the game has received some flack for its use of AI to add variety to the commentary package, but for the most part, it seems like a pucking good time.

Reviews for the game have been all over the place - some really positive, whilst others have been far more critical of it. It's a familiar story with NHL's core fanbase too. Currently, the game is rocking a 68 on Metacritic, but if you'd like to make your own mind up about it, EA Play offers a 10-hour trial for anyone subbed to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

So, here's what launching on Xbox today (September 11):

EA Sports NHL 27 - (10 Hour EA Play Free Trial)

EA SPORTS™ NHL 27 brings the identity of every NHL team to life on the ice, in the arena, and through the broadcast. Experience Authentic Atmospheres across all 32 NHL arenas, each designed to capture the sound, spectacle, and identity of its home team.
