Roundup: All The Big Reveals From Xbox's First Gamescom 2026 Livestream

The first of two Xbox livestreams from Gamescom 2026 has just finished, and it was an extremely busy event - not just in terms of pre-announced trailers and deep dives, but also in regards to brand-new reveals.

For example, one of the highlights here was the announcement of dates and prices for the Xbox Series X25 console and controller, but arguably the biggest reveal was that of the Disc to Digital program with support for thousands of physical Xbox games! We also saw a few new Xbox game announcements along the way.

Without further ado, here are all the big Xbox reveals from today's Gamescom day one stream - keep in mind these are just the main highlights, and not all the deep dives that were shared for various games throughout the event.

Xbox Series X25 Console & Controller - Pre-Orders (Today)

Dumpster Gang - Reveal Trailer (December 2026) (Xbox Game Pass - PC)

Xbox Disc To Digital Program Revealed (August 31 - Xbox Insiders)

"Most XBOX One and XBOX Series X disc-based games support this new feature. Players can claim a digital entitlement by inserting a supported disc into an XBOX One or XBOX Series X console and launching the game. Once the entitlement is claimed, you can experience the benefits of digital, including XBOX Play Anywhere and XBOX Cloud Gaming where supported, while your physical disc continues to work exactly as it always has."
