Free Play Days: Try These Xbox Games For Free (August 13-17) 1

Well, whaddaya' know, it's Thursday again! That means it's time for your next batch of Xbox Free Play Days titles, and this week's offering is sadly a little underwhelming.

The headliner here is of course, the Gears of War: E-Day Multiplayer Beta which is set to go live in just a few hours' time. We've known the Open Beta was coming for quite some time now, so it's a little disappointing it's leading the lineup.

Sunderfolk is a wee bit interesting though, mainly because the co-op adventure can be enjoyed on Xbox Series X|S, with the twist being that you have to use a free phone app in order to play it.

Here's a look at this week's Xbox Free Play Days lineup:

Gears: E-Day will be available to play until 6pm BST / 10am PT on August 17, whilst the other two will run a little shorter, ending their FPD stint sometime late on Sunday, August 16.

Typically, the Free Play Days titles come with a hefty discount, but this time only Asdivine Cross is rocking a price cut, with 50% off if you fancy adding it your permanent library.
