These 11 Games Are Coming To Xbox Game Pass, Including Two Major Additions (January 6-22)

Already maxed it myself, but Outlaws is a great addition. Was thinking the other day I would like to play the early FF games and here is the first one (hopefully others will follow).
Premium is definitely the best option now, if you don't mind waiting a little longer for 1st party titles and don't care about CoD.

Now we wait for the "no value" crew to show up.... 😂

Not a bad group of games for the first half of the month. And I say that “first half of the month” for the no value crowd because, yes, this is just the next two weeks. More will be on their way for this month too.

I am looking forward to finally completing Final Fantasy 1.

Premium to quickly bash through outlaws is exactly how I wanted to use that subscription level.

January is always a great Gamepass month! Have to say I called Outlaws so I can take that off my bingo card… will give FF1 a go.

One would think the Premium tier recieved a 50% price increase with all the games it receives every month compared to Ultimate.

Star Wars outlaws and Lost in Random the eternal die are both great additions. I’ve bought and played both, and can recommend them.

Why is it whenever I buy a game that it then ends up on Game Pass? Now, in fairness, I buy a lot of games, but it is always annoying to me when I buy a game (because I just love a bargain!) to place in my backlog, and then before I've had chance to play it, it turns up in Game Pass! I think I bought the Star Wars: Outlaws Ultimate Edition at half-price, or something like that, which means I could have saved myself a fair few quid. Will I ever learn? Doubtful... 😂

FF1, interesting. I wonder if we will see 2-6 added to Game Pass one at a time through the year?

Two weeks until FF7R which will be my first FF game since 15, I'm looking forward to it.

@Coletrain it looks like Outlaws is not in premium, unfortunately, unless there was a typo/omission. Looks like the only one that is not on premium in this announcement

Not saying Outlaws is incredible, but it’s a very fun game and was very underrated imo. And of course, Resident Evil Village is a great game. Solid additions despite not having GamePass myself anymore lol.

Star wars outlaws and resident evil village never played. Little Nightmares and Space Marine, I already have them, but they’re very good games.

@Fiendish-Beaver Stop stacking games in your backlog . Put them in your wishlist instead, and only buy them when you have nothing left to play. With a bit of luck, the games you add to your wishlist might eventually show up on Game Pass. As for Star Wars Outlaws, since it’s an Ubisoft title, there was a good chance it would come to Game Pass, especially now that it’s been out for a year.

I’m also waiting Battlefield 6 to appear in EA play on series X GPU, hopefully some point this year.
As I want to play the campaign only.
There is no way I’m paying for BF6 just for a 6 hour campaign.

@fatpunkslim I wish you'd given me this advice two years ago. Yes it's obvious but game discounts (especially Steam) are as dangerous as gambling for me!

@Kramlar they'll absolutely change them again within the next 12-18 months. Xbox are the tech version of Manchester United or Chelsea with their managerial decisions.

Just saying, in some deal you can buy to own forever both Outlaws and RE Village for the same price as 1 month of Game Pass Ultimate…

@Coletrain Ubisoft+ for a month £14.99, gets you the most expensive version of Outlaws with any dlc it may have plus every other ubisoft game and dlc!

I totally spaced on buying SW Outlaws while it was on sale last month! ADHD for the win!

Final fantasy 1 is a good edition. If people like it, they’ll buy the whole pixel remaster set. Wish sq-en would put more stuff on there like that.

I won't be renewing my Ultimate subscription. €27 is too much for such a poor offering. RE: Village has been on sale for €10 several times. And Outlaws is nothing special.

Outlaws is a good game. Same as Dragon Age Veilguard, it seemed to be the 'victim' of the most bizarre online campaign against it. It certainly isn't the greatest game ever made but it's fun, has lots of content and looks brilliant with a great Star Wars atmosphere. Worth a play to make up your own mind.

Village is also a brilliant game with possibly the most skin crawling set piece in Resident Evil history.

@Tasuki Right, I realize it's Final Fantasy 1 in its entirety, but it's not the whole Pixel Remaster set of 1-6 in its entirety, so it's a "demo" in the sense that you can play (less than) 1/6th of the entirety of the Pixel Remasters.

After the game pass £23 debacles I got rid of Ultimate and dropped down to Premium.

I was upset about losing access to Lost in Random, Rematch and Space Marine cus I was in the middle of playing all three.

So this is nice. Also you couldnt pay me to play that Star Wars game lol

@Titntin if you already have gamepass, lost in ransom the eternal die is a fun rogue lite, a lot like Hades in its progression systems and game play, but different enough to be interesting. I never finished it but I enjoyed my time with it

Premium is starting to show its value. Which is good.

Didn't think we would see RE Village after the Sony clause in their marketing agreement, good to see however bought it ages ago
