Two Games Are Available Today With Xbox Game Pass (September 25)

Welcome to your latest Xbox Game Pass roundup! Today, we have two full additions to the main Game Pass Ultimate library, including Square Enix action-RPG Visions of Mana.

We also got a surprise PC addition during today's Tokyo Game Show broadcast, but it's technically a free-to-play game, with its Game Pass inclusion coming in the form of some bonus content.

Here's some extra information on your two main additions - and we'll chuck a segment on those free-to-play benefits for today's surprise title down below as well.

I'll be downloading Visions. I hear though, of the two Mana games that came to Xbox last year, that Visions is the weaker one...

Interesting in Visions of Mana, but the reality is my backlog is still so long! Not sure i'll ever get to it.

@themightyant that's the reality of Gamepass I guess. Same for me - I would have an interest in this but the backlog is so long I probably won't even bother looking at it.

@scrubchub Do you ever..like..I dont know..switch up your backlog? I also have an enormous backlog...but I shuffle and reprioritize if something strikes me. I would never have played Expedition 33 if I didn't let it cut the line and I'm SOOO glad I did. When I'm pumped to try a game and it hooks me it keeps me motivated to play through the rest of the catalog. I also find that I'm more motivated because I just finished playing something I picked fresh rather than off my backlog list.

@SuBLiMe83 yes, absolutely! I try to go through my Play Later tab and just update it, taking off the things that I don't feel I'll get to and replacing them with shiny new additions. I play as much as I realistically can but would like just another hour or two a day. Maybe that'll happen as my kids get older.

@SuBLiMe83 Me too, the whole time the new game comes in and goes to #1. But that only makes the backlog even longer.

@scrubchub Nice. I know I only recently found more time now that my twins are 6 years old. They have a better routine since school started up again, they are finally more independent, and that leaves me extra time at night to get a few hours in after watching TV with the wife.
