We always like to keep you up to date with the latest server closures here at Pure Xbox, and 2K has just added new server closure dates for three of its games - two of those being WWE titles, and another one being a PGA title.
Now, that's actually a bit of good news scattered in here - WWE 2K24 is no longer shutting its servers this month (as suggested in our recent September and October server shutdown roundup), as that date's been pushed back to January 5th, 2026. WWE 2K25's servers, meanwhile, are set to survive until the 14th of March in 2027.
And then there's PGA Tour 2K23, which is also targeting an early 2027 shutdown.
Here's the list of those three games with new server closure dates:
- WWE 2K24 - January 5, 2026
- PGA Tour 2K23 - February 28, 2027
- WWE 2K25 - March 14, 2027
Beyond these three, 2K has more server closures planned for the likes of the NBA 2K series, although most of the dates seem to be placeholders for now. NBA 2K24 has a rough shutdown estimate of December 31st, 2025, while NBA 2K25 is targeting the same date in 2026.
PGA Tour 2K21 is actually shutting down on October 30th of this year as well, while TopSpin 2K25 has a placeholder date of December 31st in 2026 for its server shutdown. Both the PGA and TopSpin series tie their career modes into the online servers, so you'll no longer be able to access those modes once the servers are shut down.
There's every chance 2K will end up moving the goalposts for these server closure dates over the coming weeks, months and years, so we'll keep you updated as much as we can - especially with our monthly server closure roundups.
