Well, the time has come. Xbox Game Pass is losing a selection of pretty big titles today, August 31st, as the service refreshes its library. In and amongst these are some heavy hitters that'll be sorely missed.

Don't forget that you've got until the end of the day to grab any of these games at (at least) a 20% discount with your Xbox Game Pass membership, after which they'll return to full price unless they're already part of another ongoing sale.

SpiritFarer was a revelation and has had serious legs, so much so that 30 hrs later, I've still not finished, so off I go to buy it now (thanks for the reminder!)
It's a shame to see some of these go. If there's anyone in the UK looking at this and you haven't already smashed Hades you can currently get it in ASDA for £3. Hopefully it's not just a regional offer.
Wasn't The Long Dark and MLB The Show supposed to leave?
@Spazmonic Last year's edition of MLB The Show did leave, as they replaced it with this year's edition. I guess they extended their deal for The Long Dark otherwise it wouldn't be there.
@TheGrimOne I wished I knew this before I got it at the Game Pass discounted rate of £17 😅. Great game though, I never completed it so bought it before it expires.
