Here's A Look At The New Halo 3 Map Coming To The MCC In Season 8

Season 8 of Halo: The Master Chief Collection arrives on Xbox today, and ahead of its release, 343's community coordinator, Tyler Davis, has uploaded a brief video outlining what to expect from this latest update.

Apart from the new Mythic armour offerings and the classic Halo: Combat Evolved HUD being "restored", one of the many other highlights is the addition of the old fan favourite map 'Turf' from Halo 2. Technically speaking it's actually 'Icebox' - which has had a "complete visual overhaul" and is a remake of Turf for Halo Online.

This isn't the first time a Halo MCC update has added Halo Online maps. Back in March this year, 343 added the new (but old) maps Waterfall and Edge to the collection.
