With EA Play Live around the corner on July 22, many have been hoping to receive an update on the upcoming entries in BioWare's catalogue. Unfortunately, that won't be the case, as it's been confirmed neither Dragon Age nor Mass Effect will be making an appearance.
BioWare confirmed the news on Twitter, saying it is "hard at work" on both titles, along with Star Wars: The Old Republic. As a result, both games will not be shown during this year's event.
While BioWare added that it has some exciting stuff coming to Star Wars: The Old Republic later this year, nothing was mentioned about the other titles. It could be a safe bet to assume we won't hear anything about either for the remainder of the year. The only possible suggestion is The Game Awards, which BioWare is notoriously known for appearing at.
Who knows...?
Sad to see neither Mass Effect nor Dragon Age appearing at EA Play Live? Let us know in the comments below.

It's way to early to show those games, The people expecting those games to be shown need to chill out..
@Bmartin001 DA4 has been in development for a while now and I think it is fair to expect something substantial. ME4 is very new however and it takes time.
The fact that two of the latest Bioware games were very very subpar has created a lot of pressure to see what are they doing.
That's probably because the new Dead Space remake is rumoured to be getting shown.
