You might remember that back in December, 343 Industries announced that it would be shutting down the servers for its Xbox 360 Halo versions at the end of 2021, including Halo 3, Halo 4 and Halo: Reach.

While these games will still be playable through Halo: The Master Chief Collection, one TikTok user has managed to amass one million likes in his attempt to give Halo: Reach one final send-off on the original Xbox 360 hardware.

As you can see from the video, TikTok user kayjayohpcs mentions that Halo: Reach was his childhood, and so he wants to bring everyone together on his birthday, March 13th (at 5PM EST), to give the game "one more big bang".

He says he wants to try and break the servers in the process, and while that seems a lofty goal, even if only 5% of people who liked his video took part, that would be more than enough players for an excellent send-off.

What do you think of this idea? Going to take part? Give us your thoughts down below.
