In case you forgot, Sea of Thieves "Gold & Glory" event is currently underway, and for once it's actually taking place on a weekend.
Until 18th January midnight (UK time), players can earn twice the reputation and gold than they normally would.
Unfortunately, it's not been smooth sailing for everyone - with some players reporting certain issues such as not receiving XP and gold. Various other issues have also been popping up and Rare has been doing its best to resolve these problems.
If this is your first time booting up Sea of Thieves on Xbox Series X|S, you'll also receive the free Duke Ship Set. You have until 9th May to claim this.
Have you played any Sea of Thieves this weekend? Leave a comment down below.

Is sea of thieves good?
@Jacobpower with friends, absolutely. Key is not to take it too seriously. By yourself though it's a little dry.
@Jacobpower If you play with a couple friends, it’s a blast. It’s fun to just eff around, but if you want more structure, there are story missions you can take on as well.
Got my Series S Saturday which was a nice surprise (delivery date said 31). Now I can actually enjoy playing Sea of Thieves. Mermaid on Xbox one was hell.
