Moon Studios has shared some new data about its latest release Ori and the Will of the Wisps, and it seems the game is still as popular as ever.
2.8 million spirits have now sunk a whopping 22.6 million hours into the game since its launch earlier on this year in February. 516k have beat the game and out of this figure, 7.9k have completed the entire game without dying. Here's the full rundown:
"๐.๐ ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐ฉ๐ข๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐ฌ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ ! Which achievement was the most satisfying to unlock? Thank you to every single spirit for embracing the story of Ori and Ku."
Moon Studios previously released an infographic in June - revealing the game had 2 million spirits playing. Back then, only 7.1k players had successfully beat the game without dying.
If you missed it, Ori and the Will of the Wisps has also been nominated for three awards at this year's Game Awards. The categories it's listed in include 'Best Art Direction', 'Best Score and Music' and 'Best Action / Adventure' title.
In related news, a small patch for the PC version of the game has been released. It makes a handful of changes and you can read more details about it on the official game site.
