Your Minecraft Dungeons friends list is set to expand as cross-play has finally been added to the game, granting two-to-four players the ability to play online together, no matter what system.

Available in a free update from later today, Xbox players will soon be able to play against PC, PlayStation and Nintendo Switch players, removing any barriers that may have existed between friends before.

Not only that, but it's also been announced that along with cross-platform play, cross-saves will also be coming soon. The feature means Xbox players will be able to continue their hack-and-slash adventure on a completely other system and swap back on the fly, however no specific release date has been revealed yet. Still, it's pretty cool!
