This year has been filled with game delays. The biggest one was last month when 343 Industries and Microsoft announced Halo Infinite had been pushed back to next year. It's not exactly alone, either - with various other anticipated releases like Psychonauts 2 and LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga doing the same thing.

How about Cyberpunk 2077, though - will it make its November launch window? It's already suffered two delays, so could there be more? According to CD Projekt president, Adam Kiciński, there's no need to worry. During an investor call earlier this week, he reassured everyone the game would launch on time. The team has already started preparing for the final certification:

“So yes, we are confirming and, well, actually today we started preparing for the final certification, so we’re very close.

“Of course we’ll work on the title till the very end; that’s kind of normal. It’s a huge game, but as we said – everything is on track and we’re planning to launch it on 19 November.”

Keep in mind, this launch is for current-generation consoles only. Next-generation versions of Cyberpunk 2077 will arrive at some point next year. In the same investors call, CD Projekt also restated how it would not be increasing its next-generation game pricing.

If you already own Cyberpunk 2077 on Xbox One, there'll be no need to worry about that anyway, as the game will take advantage of Smart Delivery on Xbox Series X. Are you looking forward to getting your hands on Cyberpunk 2077 this November? Leave a comment down below.
