It looks like Age of Empires 3: Definitive Edition will be released soon for PC, with the game having been rated recently in Brazil. As expected, there's no rating for an Xbox One/Series X version.
Age of Empires 3: DE was originally announced all the way back in 2017, but underwent a closed beta earlier this year. The rating was made on the 9th of July, which you can see in the screenshot below.
It remains to be seen whether the Xbox Game Studios title will be revealed officially in the near future, but it seems there's a good chance it could be unveiled at Microsoft's big Xbox Games Showcase event next week.

I think XGS will put all AoE on Xbox after they've been released on PC. The original platform should get priority.
If it's part of the Series X event, it should be announced for Xbox. Having PC exclusives in an event dedicated to Series X feels really off.
