You can treat your caddy to some new sights next week, as Kinect Sports: Season Two is due to get nine new holes from the Xbox Live Marketplace.

The Maple Lakes golf pack launches on 20th December for 400 Microsoft Points, adding nine new holes alongside new Challenges and Achievements.

On the same day the game will also get a free title update adding new features: you'll get email notifications for Challenge Play, can post your results on Facebook and even use video chat with other players over Xbox Live.

Launching 20th Dec, the “Maple Lakes Golf Pack” presents “the back 9” with new Challenges, achievements and free content to double your fun on the green

London – 14th December 2011 – Swing into action with the “Maple Lakes Golf Pack” game add-on for “Kinect Sports: Season Two,” available 20th December on Xbox LIVE for 400 Microsoft Points, with one hole available for players to put to the test free of charge.

Rare and BigPark today announced the new Golf content just in time to curb the effects of winter quarantine on eager golf fanatics trapped indoors and off the green. The “Maple Lakes Golf Pack” includes nine dynamic new holes, allowing players to take a swing at a full 18-hole match. This “back 9” takes in forts, marinas, causeways and coves, with hidden routes and hole-in-one opportunities nestled in the acres of fresh content. The Golf Pack is available in all modes, and includes achievements and nine more challenges to send to friends both online and offline in the Challenge Play mode on Xbox LIVE.

Launched alongside the Golf Pack, a “Kinect Sports: Season Two” title update adds all-new functionality to enhance multiplayer matches and make challenges even more gratifying for all sports, from Challenge Play email notifications and Facebook results posts through to video chat over Xbox LIVE matches.

Additional “Kinect Sports: Season Two” game add-ons will be made available every month through spring 2012, each release including some element of free content to keep you on the field and in the game. Coming soon, players can experience night-time thrill rides with the “Midnight Mountain Ski Pack” releasing mid-January.
