I bought some new head phones the Stealth 700 Gen 2 Xbox I like them a lot but I made the mistake of pairing them with my xbox one x the second it turns off they turn off and if I turn them back on the box turns back on so if my wife uses the box for a game or tv I can not use them on my pc. I have tried resetting them no luck it doesnt actually break the pairing. I went into the xbox device settings and it does not let you unpair them anyone have any ideas? Turtle beach has been no help I have been waiting for about 8 days for a response from them I am close to returning them out of frustration. Whats the point of not making it switchable or easily unpaired?
