Topic: Game Pass Club

Hi everyone

So I know the folks on PushSquare do a similar thing (and apologies if already suggested) ...

But how about we think of starting a little game pass club where we all play a select game from the catalogue, doesn’t have to be anything specific, might be a good idea to pick something a bit shorter in length so we can get through it

What’s everyone’s thoughts ?

@Tothington91 Sounds interesting. There are plenty that I have downloaded but have yet to play. Any ideas on which game we could start?

I'm on board, there was a similar thing on Reddit that kind of died.

I think it would work great, but to keep conversations focused we should probably start a new thread every month for the game in question (maybe keep a master thread going for vague gamepass club conversations)

Should we have the monthly games up for vote?

@XBontendo I think having the monthly game up for vote is a good idea. Maybe we all pitch 1 idea and then we vote using those? What do y'all think?

@MAC26 I dig it. Though I do think we should keep our suggestions to things that you can beat in less than 20 hours, to make it reasonable to beat in a month for as large an audience as possible.

@KratosMD I think we should keep the discussion to 1 game at a time. Otherwise it's just a Gamepass board. The point, I think, is to get us all doing something together that we can then talk about.

@KratosMD You're right, I misundertood. I agree with that completely.

So. Where do we go from here? Anyone have any short games they'd like to try since we're at half a month left?

@KratosMD Yes I think the shorter games would be better. Out of the games that you listed I think we could narrow it down and vote from Observation, Journey to the Savage Planet, and Blair Witch. I think any of those 3 would be fine unless someone else has a different set of games in mind.

Ok well let's vote on Observation or Blair Witch. Maybe we can give it a day or so since not everyone has replied yet. Is that ok with everyone?

@KratosMD Please also post your feedback on the horror masterpiece “Blair Witch”. I had seen the gameplay and I really liked it.

I was only able to play for about 25 min this weekend as I was swamped with work and my Game Pass subscription ended on Saturday. Will look later today to find a deal on a new subscription. I'm ready to dive back in and get some more game time with this.

I have a 2 year old and twin Infants. I'll play this eventually, but I swear I have an excuse

@XBontendo haha I have a 1 year old and he does occupy a lot of my time. Hopefully you get a chance to try it out before the end of the month. It's looking like a great game with the little bit of time that I've spent with it so far.
