Topic: Where are the digital game/DLC licenses stored on the Xbox 360?

Question is, where the are the digital game /DLC licenses stored on the Xbox 360? I just redownloaded all my games/DLC, and I would like to keep it that way without ever redownloading them. I've heard from others that they are located either in the console itself (maybe on the NAND), or on the Hard drive itself. Which one is it?

They are stored on the internal storage of the Xbox 360, if you made the internal storage as the main storage for the games and DLC.
