I have been itching to play a FPS in an old school CoD format. Basically a FPS where there is progression like unlocking different guns at certain levels and even leveling up your guns. The setting doesn't matter it can be military, Sci Fi it just needs to fit two criterias I look for in a online Multiplayer FPS.
1) It has to be arcade style. Like older CoD games where maps and gameplay are designed to rush around in not campy, tactical style.
2) Progression. I want something where as I play I unlock stuff that usable in gameplay, stuff like skills or guns etc. Not cosmetic items but stuff like an RPG.
Looking forward to any suggestions since for now CoD games are no longer CoD games.
