Topic: Can't log in to fortnite all of a sudden because of epic games

Hello. I have so many problems with xbox. I find it really hard to use. Al.of a sudden my son can't play fortnite because he has to log into epic games, even though he has played no problem before. Then I enter in his epic games log in info and the X button to log in isn't "clickable". So the only option is to get a one time password, and then that takes me to Microsoft edge, and loads epic games on the internet, and then I log into his epic games account on there but it doesn't seem to do anything. So I'm logged in on the internet. He can't play fortnite.

I also have many other problems like : my older son has an xbox one, and we purchased nhl 22 game, but then my younger son has the Xbox one Series s, and we had to buy it for him too? Like we can't share a game, we're in the same house? We can't share minecraft? It doesn't make sense? Every individual has to own a copy even if you're on the same house?

And now, I signed out of my sons xbox series 1, and now magically he can play fortnite. I don't understand. So I guess it's solved but I don't know why.

Well if it's because of Epic Games you might have to contact them as it's not a Microsoft issue.
