It's sitting on a shelf while I play my PSP.

I've been on Sonic Colours (of course) which was very good, and over the next few weeks I'll be digging into Harvest Moon: Grand Bazaar and HM: Sunshine Islands.

I think my all-time favourite DS game is Might and Magic: Clash of Heroes. It's absolutely superb and well, well worth picking up if you want a great puzzle RPG (really, there's not many other options)!
