Topic: So, Who Here Likes Fighting Games?

I love fighting games. I'm going to buy Injustice, next week.

Yeah I will be getting Injustice as well.  I think I might get it on the Wii U though since I need to get some more games in my Wii U library and I already have a good collection of fighting games on my 360.

I quite liked the look of Injustice, but the 360 demo kind of put me off. It just feels really slow and cumbersome to me, which is a shame - so much potential there.

It's definitely not as fast or as fluid as MK 9, which to me is a little disappointing because I love that game and given those guys are the ones behind Injustice I had kind of gotten my hopes up that they'd be going with that style of gameplay. That said, I did like the demo and I have faith that once I get used to the slightly different style of play I'll be hooked. And though, I'm not a hardcore comic book guy I do enjoy the DC universe and those characters (particularly the ones from Batman) so I'm really looking forward to seeing how NetherRealm tells the story, that team did a fantastic job with MK's story mode so my expectations are quite high. I've been hyped for the game since it was announced and just recently paid off my pre-order of the PS3 version and got the season pass as well so I'm hoping Ed Boon and crew deliver.

I like fighting games.

I've actually been playing a lot of ClayFighter 63 1/3 lately. I know it's not the best game, but it has Boogerman AND Earthworm Jim. Can't say no to that.

I got Persona 4 Arena recently & that's pretty fun. The controls are pretty hard for me since I'm inexperienced at fighting games. Smash Bros. 4 is looking like a must-have for me too.

Never played Persona, but Smash Bros is definitely going to be a must-have! I'm crossing my fingers that Mike Jones from StarTropics joins the roster at some point - even if it's DLC.
