We're now less than a month away from the date of Xbox's 25th anniversary (November 15th), and for the moment, not a whole lot has been revealed about how Xbox will mark the occasion.

They've been celebrating all year, of course, but when it comes to the actual date itself, are there any surprise showcases or announcements in store? That remains to be seen, although we do know that Xbox FanFest Seattle will be taking place on November 12th, which falls extremely close to the date of the anniversary.

The vibe around that event suggests it'll be the highlight of the FanFest tour in 2026 as well:

Beyond that though, will we be getting any other surprises? Various members of the Xbox team have hinted that we might be hearing more about Xbox Project Helix before the year is out, and Jason Ronald shared a cryptic tease about "a number of things" to share later this year when he was asked whether FPS Boost would ever return.

It certainly feels like there are at least a few fun reveals that Xbox may want to share around the time of the anniversary, but who knows what exactly they'll be. There's obviously the launch of GTA 6 to contend with as well, which comes out just a few days after the Xbox anniversary on November 19th.

In the meantime, let us know your thoughts below! Are you expecting any surprises from Xbox in November?
