Stuck in the cloud

Whilst Microsoft's E3 2016 press conference was jam packed from start to finish with games there was one game notable by it's absence; Reagent Games' Crackdown 3.

Studio head Davy Jones had the following to say when referring to the original plan to release the multiplayer game first followed by the singleplayer:-

"...our original timeline of delivering multiplayer to fans this summer, while maintaining the size, scope and quality of the game, would be challenging. Sticking to our original timeline would have compromised that goal."

All this amounts to the game now having a release date of 2017, with perhaps the hope that more details will be revealed at this August's Gamescom.

Sucks but at the same time Crackdown 2 was very mediocre, imo, compared to the first which was great. They need to get this right so take all the time necessary.
