Tactical Taco Party!

PopCap's Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare will be getting a bit of a content boost tomorrow, July 1st, in the form of a new bunch of DLC.

The "Tactical Taco Party Pack" will be available from Tuesday, and will include the new Jewel Junction map, a new mode entitles Vanquish Confirmed (which is exclusive to Xbox 360 and Xbox One for one week), a new eight versus eight playlist, and also two new sponsored character variants. Sponsored by Aquafina, the characters are FlavorSplash: Berry Shooter, and Citrus Cactus. The sponsorship doesn't appear to be too over-the-top, but we think they've missed a trick by not getting sponsorship from Dr. Pepper.

Tactical Taco Party Pack for Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare launches on July 1st. We're assuming that it's a freebie, thanks to the sponsorship, but that hasn't been confirmed as yet.

By far the best game for the XB1 or any console in this new generation. I've sunk well over 300 hrs into it and still have tons of fun thanks to regular free dlc.

The prospect of a shooter for Plants vs Zombies went over my head at first, but I think I'm coming around to it. Just need to find a used copy.
