Topic: Microsoft media remote question

Hello, everyone!
I'm considering to buy remote for my XO but curious if it also automaticaly turns off after 10-20 minutes as the gamepad. Because it's the reason why I want to buy it. I hate it when I'm watching something and and need to pause but have to turn my gamepad on first. Who owns remote, what can you say? Or, may be sombody knows a way to keep gamepad turned on while not using it?

@Ufaowl: It works just like a normal remote - it's always on so no need to worry on that score. The buttons also light up when you pick it up making it great for watching stuff in a dark room.

@stylon: Thank you for your answer! Do you know would it be ok to use it without kinect?

@Ufaowl: It'll work quite happily without Kinect - the xbox has its own ir sensor.

If you watch tv's or video on your one, it's a must buy IMO. Mine has worked flawlessly since the day I bought it.
