@Lup the dungeons are also pretty interesting from my experience in the demo.

@Tasuki first time I got an Xbox, some sections in some games were nearly unplayable at first because of this.

A similar thing happened with Sonic Frontiers, where despite the game having a performance mode on Series X, it was missing on Series S for reasons unknown. It was patched into the version a whopping more than two weeks later which is incredibly embarrassing. For shame!

I love DR and I’m loving this remaster so far =D

• Child of Light, since we’re playing it as part of the Push Square club. It was decided by votes, I will gather votes on the third Sunday if anyone wants to participate and join the club.
• Banjo Tooie since we’re playing over the Pure Xbox club, it’s the game I voted for.
• some general ps2 replays, including Pac-Man World 2, General GTA, Naruto Ultimate Ninja and Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3.

Can’t believe lollipop chainsaw is already here next week. This is gonna be awesome.

Thank you for constantly updating this. This list has been essential in ever edging me to buy a K&M for my Xbox.

At least I won’t suck at parking anymore.

I’ll repost what I wrote on the other two sites.

• Gears of War
• Grand Theft Auto IV (favorite game of all time, doing a playthrough that’s simultaneous with another buddy’s replay)
• Dynasty Warriors 6 (ps2 version, which has more characters than the ps3 version due to releasing after, trust me you’ll need a few re-reads to understand this paragraph)
• Dynasty Warriors 8XLCEDXDE (trust me that wasn’t a keyboard mash, I just happen to have bought all three modern versions of the game. CE on steam, DE on switch and DX on switch which is Japanese, I’m trying to beat all three although I’ll need an SD card, also my L bumper stopped working, that sucks)
• Conker (part of my participation for the Pure Xbox club, it’s also a game I’ve voted for, I’ve also voted for Gears 2, hence why I’m playing Gears 1)
• Way of the Samurai 1-2 (both fantastic games, this is the best samurai sandbox game, if there’s even other games that fall under the label)

Yeah, just feels like MS sabotaged what little goodwill it’s got in JP. We shall see how this will affect them, won’t be a pretty sight.

It’s like they want as much bad PR as possible.

@Beetlebum91 true that. Going through it again just reminds me how it just felt like a series of isolate mini quests that happen to be interconnected rather than a cohesive gameplay journey like something out of Banjo.

@Beetlebum91 couldn’t agree more. It’s the rare platformer I’ve had the hardest time revisiting.

Hmmm I’m a little surprised controllers are included there, cuz all my pc gaming friends say they use an Xbox pad, thought they could mean Xbone, not series. The latter is more expensive these days. Personally I use the DualShock 4 I’ve had for almost a decade. Connects better.

@WhiteRabbit I was gonna say something of this effect. The combination of [poor console sales + great game pass success + price increase + availability on Samsung/Amazon] is quite telling.
