Weird...I've had mine for over 2 years with some serious hardcore daily usage,and i've not had any problems with mine whatsoever. I even bought one those Venom accessory packs to go with it. Still unopened too. Maybe it's country dependent but yeah...mine works as good as the day i bought it.
