Thursday has an uncanny habit of creeping up on us, and this one has been a particularly busy Thursday! Xbox is live from Gamescom right now, but we're here to bring you the next batch of Xbox Free Play Days titles.

This week, we've got some bangers! Of course, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 is kicking off its second and final beta weekend, but for us, our highlight has got to be Control Ultimate Edition. With its sequel just weeks away, what better time to dive into the bizarre brutalist world of Control.

Here's a look at this week's Xbox Free Play Days lineup:

• Naruto To Boruto: Shinobi Striker (XGP Required)
• Ark: Survival Ascended (XGP Required)
• Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves
• Control Ultimate Edition
• Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare 4 (Open Beta)

The COD Beta will be live until September 1st, whilst all the other games will be available to play until late on August 30th. Each game is also discounted, so if you enjoy your time with one and fancy picking it up, now's the time!

Naruto and Ark require an Xbox Game Pass subscription of some kind, but the others are free to all.
