Our friends at Nintendo Life covered the latest edition of the Nintendo Indie World Showcase today, and it turns out that a handful of the games in the event are also coming to Xbox Game Pass — and we have new release dates for them!
Two of the games had already been announced for Xbox Game Pass before (Mixtape and Denshattack!), but we didn't have a release date for them until now. Minishoot' Adventures is a brand-new reveal for Game Pass, and it just so happens to be shadow dropping on the service today! We also saw Moonlighter 2 in the presentation, but that one still doesn't have a release date yet - it's coming to Game Pass at some point in 2026.
Here are the three games that received Xbox Game Pass release dates at today's Nintendo showcase:
Minishoot’ Adventures (Today!)
Fly into a charming handcrafted world and go on an adventure that mixes up open exploration with crispy twin-stick shooter action. Fight your way from the shiny overworld to the deepest caves, improve your ship and overcome the dungeons' bosses to rescue your friends!
Mixtape (May 7, 2026)
On their last night together, three friends embark on one final adventure. Play through a mixtape of memories, set to the soundtrack of a generation.
Denshattack! (June 17, 2026)
Flip, trick and grind your train in a fast-paced, off-the-rails ride through a colourful Japanese dystopia. Outmatch rival gangs, wreck a shady megacorp, and take back the tracks with nothing but skill, speed, and style.
Beyond these four games, there were a few other non-Game Pass titles that are coming to Xbox in today's showcase, with highlights including FPS Deadzone: Rogue (March 17th), the rhythm roguelike Ratatan (July 16th), slice-of-life simulation game inKONBINI: One Store. Many Stories (April 30th), puzzle game Woodoo (Summer 2026) and horror farming sim Grave Seasons (Summer 2026).
