Xbox Might Have Just Revealed Forza Horizon 6's Release Date

While we wait for official confirmation at the Xbox Developer Direct Showcase next week, it appears that Xbox might have just accidentally revealed Forza Horizon 6's release date via an in-game Horizon 5 message.

According to the pop-up that was shared by Xbox Infinite on social media, Forza Horizon 6 has a release date of May 19th, 2026. The same message mentions that the Premium and Premium Upgrade editions will include multiple benefits such as VIP Membership, a Car Pass, two expansions and early access from May 15th.

Here's a look at the image:

If you can't view the picture very well, the list of those benefits is as follows:

"Pre-order now and get a pre-tuned and exclusive Ferrari J50 in Forza Horizon 6! Discover the breathtaking landscapes of Japan in over 500 real-world cars and become a racing Legend in Forza Horizon's biggest open world driving adventure yet."

"Pre-order Forza Horizon 6 Premium Edition or get the Premium Upgrade featuring:"

  • Early access - Play 4 days early starting May 15
  • VIP Membership
  • Welcome Pack
  • Car Pass
  • Time Attack Car Pack
  • Italian Passion Car Pack (coming post-launch)
  • 2 Premium Expansions (coming post-launch)

We've had a quick browse of FH5 and haven't come across this pop-up for Forza Horizon 6 yet, so we won't mark this as a confirmed date just yet. If real, we assume more people will be seeing it in the coming hours.

It does probably make sense though, especially considering GTA 6 is releasing in November and Xbox will want to stay well away from that. Stay tuned — we'll let you when anyone says anything official about this Horizon 6 release date.
