Codemasters and EA have announced the latest entry in their popular Formula 1 series today, with F1 24 set to release on Xbox One, Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S (along with other platforms) on May 31st, 2024.

Details are pretty limited at the moment, with a full reveal not taking place until April, but we do know that it'll include an "all-new Driver Career mode with new gameplay rooted in the sport", along with a new "Dynamic Handling" feature.

F1 24 pre-orders are now available on the Xbox Store with a 10% discount for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members, and those who decide to purchase it now can jump into special Time Trial challenges in F1 23 using "selected all-new 2024 team cars". Don't forget that F1 23 was added to Xbox Game Pass via EA Play just last month.

We'll throw more details about F1 24 below, and look out for that full reveal coming this April.
