If you've been enjoying Football Manager 2024 on Xbox Game Pass since it arrived earlier in November (we certainly have!), you may be interested in a new challenge that's been set by the folks at Xbox, SEGA and Sports Interactive.
Basically, your task is to win a domestic league title in FM24 on Game Pass for PC or console, unlocking the achievement "Championes" in the process. As long as you do this by December 4th and then "Apply" using the special form on the Xbox website, you could potentially secure a JOB at England's Bromley FC from January 2024 - May 2024!
"For the launch of FM24 we’re giving one talented Football Manager™ gamer the chance to live out their football dreams in reality, by becoming a paid tactician for Bromley FC. The Everyday Tactician won’t need a stellar CV or a degree in analytics; instead, you’ll be judged on your skill and performance in Football Manager 2024 which you can play now with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate."
The job title is "Support Performance Tactician", and it actually pays £13.15 p/h, pro-rata. However, to get there, you'll need to also submit a 1-minute video explaining why you deserve the job, and Bromley FC will then conduct interviews. If you're successful, you'll even be featured in a three-part documentary to be released in 2024!
Forget about all of that for now though - your first job is to win a domestic title in Football Manager 2024 or Football Manager 2024 Console, so the work starts today! And who knows? Maybe you'll have a job in football next year...
