We know for a fact that Xbox will be bringing Activision games to Xbox Game Pass when the acquisition of the company goes through - at some point prior to June 2023 - but we're all hoping it might happen a lot sooner than that.
Interestingly, Xbox fans have spotted that certain Activision games like Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Diablo 2 Resurrected are currently being listed under "Xbox Game Pass Deals", as you can see below:
Before you get your hopes though, there are a couple of signs that suggest this might just be an error. Firstly, none of the aforementioned games are on sale (despite being listed as "deals"), and the listings also include other non-Game Pass titles like Resident Evil Village, which was recently confirmed not to be coming to the service.
It's anyone's guess, but we're leaning on the side of this probably not being an indication of anything. That said, we're still hoping the Activision games arrive on Game Pass before the end of the year, and it seems a possibility.

@Royalblues I want them to fix modern warfare & remove warzone from it , it's not going to happen though
@Rural-Bandit the activision games that will come to game pass were made prior to the Microsoft acquisition the proof of quality not dropping will be when new games that started development after they were acquired & release day one on game pass start showing up

@Rural-Bandit time will tell I mean gears 5 was great (the ending felt rushed though) & forza 5 was great too & they were both gamepass day one but weather the quality will dip or not in favour of quantity remains to be seen
Diablo II?!?!? Still no local co-op though...
I'm not into COD but I'd gladly play them if they came to Gamepass. I just dont like giving Activision my money is all and never have. Long before "the allegations and lawsuits." I'd buy the remasters such as Crash, Tony Hawk and Spyro but that's it. I'll let those slide since they didn't screw those up and I have found memories playing those games. It would be cool to see these games come over sooner than later. As disappointed as I am in Blizzard I can't deny I love their games.
