EA's PGA Tour Reboot Has Been Delayed By Another Year

If you've been keeping a close eye on EA's resurgence into the world of golf, we've got bad news to share today as the company has announced that EA Sports PGA Tour has been delayed from Spring 2022 to Spring 2023.

No further details have been provided as of yet, aside from the brief message below:

When it does eventually arrive, EA Sports PGA Tour will allow players "to build their virtual career and experience the sights, sounds, and thrills of the PGA TOUR including THE PLAYERS Championship, FedExCup Playoffs and more unforgettable events." It's being built on the Frostbite engine, like many other EA Sports games.

Details have been few and far between on this game recently, although an announcement back in November did confirm that EA would be "shifting the launch date of EA Sports PGA Tour", and at least now we've got a new release window.
