Senua's Saga: Hellblade II is being meticulously worked on over at Ninja Theory. And when we say meticulous, we mean it. The developer has showcased its latest main character model on Twitter, and the detail is off the charts.
Ninja Theory is using new techniques for its character modelling with Hellblade II, and you can tell. The team used real-life studio references for Senua's skin, and her eye materials.
The pictures also showcase the difference from a clean model to one that's been applied to the game world itself. Senua almost looks like a different person once she's Hellblade-d up.
Senua's Saga: Hellblade II will launch on Xbox and PC, including Game Pass, once the developer is done adding crazy amounts of detail to the world and its characters. We're really looking forward to seeing how this one shakes out.

Without a doubt my most anticipated Microsoft backed game. I've been a fan of every one of Ninja Theory's games since Heavenly Sword and Hellblade 1 was my personal GOTY for 2017 until I played Persona 5 at the end of the year. So yes very much looking forward to this one!
Melina's story of how she got to play Senua is still amazing to me.
Looks pretty good, do we know if they are keeping the difficulty mechanic in this game? I admit I sucked at the first one but it got easier the more times you died.
I think more games need a mechanic like that.

On the fence with this one, need to see more gameplay, combat, maybe exploring and environments.
One to keep an on eye, whenever it gets near release date.
