Two New Dynamic Backgrounds Are Now Available On Xbox Series X|S

I think they barely qualify as being “dynamic”. Still, free new backgrounds are always welcome.

The Halo one actually looks pretty nice. Might switch from the OG Xbox theme to this one for a bit.

I've switched from the OG to the 360 one of these days, but I'm gonna change it back. Those new backgrounds are nice, but OG is defo the best one by far.

I like the OG, 360 and controller 20th anniversary ones the best.

I noticed that these new ones have an option to view the game in the store, this is a new feature and I think it's points to more game specific backgrounds being produced as promos for titles.

Also, will it eventually bring a link to buy the background before you can enable it?

I'm not against premium backgrounds, PS has had them for a long time. I just personally can't see myself buying one, but options are good.
I'd prefer more game specific backgrounds for free.

We already have a premium background, the 20th anniversary one requiring the specific controller plugged in, so we are on the paid for path already really.

The master chief one looks pretty cool. Think I may give that one a go for fun.

At least the new Halo one has more going on than the other Halo one.

20th Anniversary is my favorite, just wish it unlocked on all your consoles and not just the one you've paired the controller with!

I say this everytime there's an article about dynamic backgrounds but why can't we have them on Xbox one it's the same UI

The 360 has some sweet premium backgrounds. I miss my Fallout 3 background I had for my 360.

@leathco Your kidding right? The other Halo dynamic background with the Zeta Halo ring in the background is so much better. With a landscape there’s much more to see which has a smouldering Wasp vehicle, a Pelican with its thrusters glowing, multiple blue flares shooting up into the sky from the Forerunner structures, Master Chief’s amour and visor glinting.

The new Courage background just has some Needler shards passing in front and behind Master Chief and a marine, that is it.

I want a Banjo-Kazooie background with a link to buy a new game.
