Minecraft is teaming up with Sega's blue blur Sonic the Hedgehog for a special 30th-anniversary collaboration.

Yes, in case you missed it - during a segment of Sonic Central, Sega teased a number of smaller announcements. One of them was an incredibly brief shot of a Sonic build inside of Minecraft (see the 3:48 mark in the video above).

"Stay tuned for more information on future collaborations throughout the year."

It's unclear what exactly is planned, but considering it is a Minecraft crossover, we're expecting a mash-up pack of sorts including some skins and themes.
