With so many games being announced and coming to Xbox Game Pass, you can easily be forgiven for missing one or two titles - especially if they were revealed a year-or-two ago! With that in mind, Major Nelson has reminded us all that Cris Tales is not only now up for pre-order, but will be added straight into the service this July.
Coming on July 19, the beautiful JRPG promises to deliver a love letter to the genre, with a story that travels between different time zones. A demo previously released last year which fans seemed to love, and now with its addition into Xbox Game Pass on day one, everyone can check out the game.
Xbox Game Pass is doing a great job at delivering fantastic JRPGs. Dragon Quest XI, Octopath Traveler, Final Fantasy games - the choice is becoming bigger by the week. Cris Tales is yet another addition to the huge selection!

Fantastic news! Was going to pick this up on Switch, but will play on GP.
I'll have to give one of these Japanese games a go at some point. They look fun, it's just the length of the games that's putting me off as it will take me a few months to finish one
Is it a JRPG if the studio developing it is in Colombia?
Been watching this closely and looks really good and on top of that I now get it for free (kinda)
@Chaudy Kind of. You can install a file on your hard drive that will start the actual game's download once you are able to.
