With the recent announcements of a new Xbox Series X|S controller, a brand new charging dock for said controllers, and some new accessories from OtterBox, there's still so much more we would love to see.
We're eagerly awaiting Design Labs to reopen so we can get back to crafting some gorgeous controller designs and really begin to personalise our consoles. Some of the other things we'd like to see are console skins to create some unique creations, and even a Kinect adapter for those of us who still like to use the peripheral.
Are there any accessories you would like to see on the Xbox Series X|S? Let us know in the comments below.

It isn't creative, but I really want Hori to release the Octa. Their updated fightpad has been "coming soon" for months now.
I'm looking for a nice travel case in order to get my series x with me when I'm going to my hometown
I’m just looking for a way to connect my Switch Hori Hayabusa RAP Fightstick to the Xbox Series X
Design Labs. Yes, please.
The phantom controller options being available for design lab.
Can I connect my Xbox 360 guitar hero & rock band accessories ?
@Lupaie79
Search for Brook Wingman XB converter. I got it a few weeks ago and it allows me to seamlessly use my Switch Hori Real Arcade Pro V Hayabusa with my Series S.
How about an ACTUAL series x???🤣🤣🤣 cant get one man!!!
@jrt87 wow! I have been searching for this for a while and was kinda sad that I couldnt use my fightstick anymore. Many, MANY thanks! Is it this one?: https://tinyurl.com/y3y83tf9
Some first party accessories from Microsoft would be nice, Playstation has tons, Xbox has none there all 3rd party.
Ultra racer type controller.
@jrt87 that's VERY handy to know. I've been looking into getting a fight stick that I'd be using on Series X and Switch. There are plenty of Switch and multi-format sticks but none of them seem to be compatible with Series X. The only one I could find was the Fighting Stick α, which is out in February. It's also unlikely to also work with Switch and costs £200. 😐
A good media remote, made by Microsoft.
@Darkshack I completely agree with this. I’m always willing to pay a premium for high quality, first party accessories that match the quality and aesthetic of the console and controller.
I’d love a new first party chat pad attachment (even though I’m trying my hardest to avoid games where I’d need it). Other than that there’s nothing I can actively think of, but I’m a sucker for nifty accessories I’ll barely use - I have a bookcase full of ‘em.
Yes, hopefully they will release some for Series X/S, I know you can use xbox one accessorys and maybe some 360, but it's not the same, like buying a new car, and putting the old tires on it from your last car! I like to buy the console and whatever accessorys they have even if I don't use them, just not the same this gen without first party headsets, chapters, media remotes etc.
I would love to have a wireless SNES style controller, and also a wireless arcade stick.
@Lupaie79
Yes, that's the one.
I picked it so I could play Radiant Silvergun, Ikaruga and some of the BC 360 fighting games with my Switch stick.
EDIT: This is the exact listing I bought which specifically mentions Series consoles, but the one you linked to is surely the same thing: https://tinyurl.com/y2g9l7rz
@VenomousAlbino I cannot recommend this stick enough. Works on Switch (obvs), PC, XB (with this adaptor) and also my PS5 (using a Mayflash Switch Controller to PS4 adaptor).
Definitely getting my moneys worth out of it.
@Porridge2215 Yes you can with an adaptor. I have used it for years with my Xbox One and it works just as well with the Series X.
I would love to be able to get my Xbox 360 Logitech racing wheel working on my Series X.
@jrt87 thanks for the help 😊 now I'll be able to play MK11 in 4K AND Blazblue.
I would like an AI powered controller. For all those games difficult to learn the button config, relieve anxiety trying to learn, and play for me while i do other more important stuff.
Self playing controllers could be the next growth industry.
After all wouldn't you rather have a self playing controller more then a self driving vehicle ?
