The Xbox One X has received some fantastic limited edition bundles in recent years, capped off with arguably the very best earlier this week in the form of the Cyberpunk 2077 Xbox One X. That was actually the last limited edition version of the console to ever be released, so Microsoft's attention now turns to the future.
Ever since the Xbox Series X was first announced back in 2019, designers have been getting to work producing ultra-cool concepts of the limited edition versions they'd like to see. We've included Igoiaba's Hellblade II design above, and Twitter user XboxPope has also come up with some fantastic ideas, including this Halo Infinite mock-up:
For now, Microsoft has kept quiet on whether we can expect any limited edition editions of the Xbox Series X at launch. These bundles are clearly popular, however - the Cyberpunk 2077 Xbox One X was going out of stock within mere hours, and a launch title like Halo Infinite certainly offers great potential.
So, with that in mind, we want to know which games you'd like to see get the limited edition Xbox Series X treatment following the console's launch later this year. And even beyond that, what are your thoughts on a potential Day One version? Any specific colours you'd like to see offered? Give us your wishlists below.

Absolutely none. I can't say that I've ever seen the point in game-specific ones. About the only special edition consoles I've had any interest in were the green and clear OG Xbox ones.
Aside from that...it's just a decal or paint process you're being charged a bunch of extra money for. Get the plain one and spend the difference on games, I say.
My first xbox 360 was the halo 4 edition and I have the halo 5 xbox one. I will be bummed if there isn't one for infinite.
On a side note I think the series x would look great as a creeper.
They'd likely all be designed at standing vertical, which renders it completely out for me. Horizontal ftw
I would be cool with if they just had different colors of the XSX. I know that won’t happen though.
I would like something black and green, an homage to the OG Xbox!
I'd get a Halo one, but honestly I'm okay with just standard black.
sighs hmm well something from Square-Enix or Sega title or maybe a phantom magenta one to go with that pretty controller
I always prefer the original black, it just looks so much smarter and goes with any room/decor. Depending on where you put your limited edition console, it could look an eye sore (like the XB1X Cyberpunk 2077 console).
I am not a fan of Limited Editions in general - although I did like and still own the Gears 4 XB1S and Project Scorpio XB1X. I bought the S specifically because it was the Gears 4 version - although wouldn't have bothered had my OG Xbox not had a dodgy disc drive. I did like the colour and etching but the audio sounds were awful.
I would rather have a regular all black console with no design than some game based design that doesn't go with my decor and other Audio/Visual equipment. Certainly wouldn't buy one if I already own a console and not overly happy on getting 'digital' versions of the games either...
How about we go back to a time where game consoles just came in different colors? I don't understand why every device in 2020 is a black or white rectangle or square.
It cannot cost that much more to produce a device shell in 3 or 4 colors.
My vote would be for a navy blue or purple color. Or red and white.
Different colors don't need to be tied to limited editions for specific games.
A cyberpunk 2077 one would be cool. The XBO one is neat, but it's a little to late in the lifecycle
It would be cool to have a few different colours like Nintendo 64 and GameCube but realistically I wouldn't get a flashy unit.
A Gears Of War one would be awsome..
None appeal to me, I just don't like the console itself to be based on a single game or franchise....
While I enjoy looking at the various variants they design I wouldn't want one myself... Each to their own however 😀
How about something cutting edge, groundbreaking and unique? That's right, may I present: Fifa '21 Xbox series X special edition.
On a more serious note, I agree with @heavyarms55 that different colours are nice. But keep it simple black, white and red.
@SuperKMx in most cases I'd agree but they did an amazing job with the Cyberpunk console, it has an extra LED, custom sounds and what doesn't come across in the pictures is that the details are engraved into the console and controller, the No Future slogan is literally scratched into the pad and it looks amazing.
When you think this was £260 including the game and first expansion it's a bit of a steal, especially as I got almost all of my money back by selling the standard X
I think special edition consoles generally look awful, but there are of course a few exceptions. I love the R2D2 Xbox 360 and the Majora’s Mask New Nintendo 3DS XL, for example.
@carlos82 I agree with that, special editions are not necessarily more expensive.
@JoakimZ Majora's Mask is the only game I'd get a special edition console for its aesthetics, story and characters. The story of Skull Kid is fascinating and that game touched me when I played it for the first time. I tried to get the New 3DS cover plates but didn't find them.
I don’t buy anything but limited edition consoles,a transparent halo Xbox series x like the transparent halo 360 would be awesome,or a cyberpunk 2077 series x,actually Microsoft makes really good limited editions,
