CrossCode

The Microsoft Store has revealed the western release date for the very positively received 2D action RPG CrossCode.

It'll be released next month on 9th July (the same day as the Japanese launch) and will be priced at $19.99 USD - pre-orders are also live. The game is receiving a physical release on the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch, but there's no mention of this for Xbox One.

On the plus side, it's expected to be released on Xbox Game Pass for Xbox One, as it's already available as an Xbox Game Pass title on PC.

Here's a bit about it, along with the game trailer:

This retro-inspired 2D action RPG might outright surprise you. CrossCode combines 16-bit SNES-style graphics with butter-smooth physics, a fast-paced combat system, and engaging puzzle mechanics, served with a gripping sci-fi story.
