Microsoft's 2015 Black Friday digital sale has kicked off for Xbox Live Gold members, and a plethora of titles have seen their prices slashed on both Xbox One and Xbox 360.
No preamble from us. The list of deals is below, complete with US pricing. If you're an Xbox Live Gold user, you can get these deals NOW. If you don't have Gold, you can get them from Tuesday, November 24th, though the prices may be a shade higher for non-Gold users.
Also, the week's Deals With Gold titles are still available at a discount, separate from this list.

NFS discounted by 40% already after it's only been out what... a week? Oh dear...
Have to admit I was hoping for more BC 360 titles to be in the sale but hey ho...
@stylon
Wouldn't be surprised if the game was tanking pretty bad. It's online only and from what I've heard it's not a very good game anyway.
I'm thinking I may get NBA 2K16. Was hoping it'd be a little cheaper but given the popularity of the series I'm happy the newest edition is included in this sale at all. Another game I may consider is Battlefield Hardline.
@Gamer83 Battefield Hardline is free on EA Access if you're interested...
@Politika1
Thanks for the info. I don't have EA Access though, not really a big fan of EA's games outside of Mass Effect so I'm not really sure it benefits me to sign up.
Poor list for BC - they should have struck deals with all of the publishers of the games that are currently on the list.
It would be nice if we knew what games were coming next to BC - there are some good X360 deals here
Kind of disappointed but still can't complain. I laughat Need for Speed though almost 50% off and not even a month old.
@ZeD Totally agree... I'm really tempted to get Red Dead, LA Noire and quite a few others while they're cheap and have them ready for when they're (hopefully) made BC... but it's money down the drain if they never make it
NFS!!!??? Surely not the one released 5 minutes ago??? Oh my. It really is going the same route (pun intended) as The Crew.
<Sad trombone>
I want to be able to buy XBOX 360 games
There so many that I want to buy
I thought, The Witcher was supposed to be one of the games?
Nothing else for me, the games on this list I want I already own.
@Gamer83 How long would you pay Battlefield for? It's not much more expensive for year of EA Access. Or monthly is only $5.
@freaksloan It still will be Major Nelson's blog post says the following "New weekend deals will be announced on November 27, with huge savings on games like Witcher 3, Rare Replay, Destiny: The Taken King and more. Check back then for an update"
@flameboy84 OK, THANKS!
Went to go buy Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham Deluxe Edition on my son's Xbox One but there's only the standard version at £49.99. Is this list different for the UK?
Even The Crew half off is still $30
o.0
There are some great deals here. I already own most of what I would be intetested in, but I will pick up a few games.
And that is hilarious about the new NFS game.
I want Forza Horizon 2. Which version shouldl I buy, Standard or Deluxe? Is the VIP pass worth it?
I hope Gears, by itself, is on sale next week.
@MaccaMUFC Hi Macca - I've checked it out, and it looks like the discount is only for the Deluxe Edition, which for some reason isn't available in the UK, only the standalone version is.
All other deals in the list should work in the UK though!
@Utena-mobile The back-compat Prince of Persia is the classic game from 1989. The Prince of Persia that ISN'T backward-compatible is the reboot from 2008.
I really like the classic one, but it sucks that the reboot isn't B/C, or any of the Sands of Time series.
@Ryno It really depends on how you play. If you play a racing game without really caring about the brand or version of the car, then the Standard Edition will serve you well. However, if you play and think "I HAVE to have the 1994 Honda Civic (or whatever) or this game is going to suck" then check out the extra cars that come in the Deluxe Edition.
For my money, the VIP Pass wasn't really worth it. It gives you a five-car pack and 2x player rewards in-game. I didn't see the benefit of that as the game gives out rewards readily enough anyway
@SuperKMx: Thanks for you input. Can you please explain "2x player rewards in-game" a little more? I have never played a Forza game. Thank you.
@Utena-mobile
At the moment, you can only buy Xbox 360 games via the Xbox.com store or via Xbox 360, not on Xbox One. It's something that's being worked on, I'm told.
If you pick them up at Xbox.com, you'll find that they appear on your "Ready to Install" list on your Xbox One though.
@Ryno It basically means that for every race you do, you get 2x the experience points that you normally would, and they increase your player level. Your player level unlocks certain events and things such as new car parts (as far as I remember!) but I found that I would have unlocked everything even without the 2x rewards as the game hands them out plentifully.
@SuperKMx: Standard version it is for me then! Thank you!
@Ryno You're welcome! Enjoy!
Wish more indie games were on sale honestly. I want Rogue Legacy, but I don't want to pay full price.. so.. the wait goes on.
Thanks for listing the BC games separately. Jumped on Beyond Good & Evil HD, and would get Mass Effect but I want retail games physically. So I just ordered the trilogy, knowing ME2 and ME3 will soon be added to the list. I'll buy all the DLC once the other 2 games are compatible (despite having ME3 on Wii U with most DLC included already).
I'm really digging this BC. Ordered Mirrors Edge and just installed Fallout 3 (WITH all 5 DLC packs mind you). And the game plays with either disc in- its amazing.
Gosh dang Phil Spencer I salute you!
Looks like a rare DLC purchase for me as I'm enjoying Forza Horizon 2 too much to resist. Never played Mass Effect so that's getting bought and I'll get Might and Magic COH for that price. I wonder if Orange Box is worth a gamble on case it makes it into the BC program.
Good sale!
I bought Kings Quest and, I'm embarrassed to say, Need for speed. The script in NFS is horrible, the always online structure an irritating mess and the rubber-banding is broken. Still, the gameplay is quite good and I couldn't resist another racing game in the library, not for 40% discount anyway.
