There are a total of 17 hidden faces to find in Senua's Saga: Hellblade 2, and each one marks the location of a secret Yggdrasil Tree that imparts a little more world-building lore upon our ferocious heroine.
Much like the Lorestangir collectibles, these hidden faces aren't particularly difficult to spot, this is a game that has you push along tight corridors with very limited freedom of movement after all, but there are a few that take a little examination of your surroundings. So, let's take a look at exactly where you can nab them all!

Chapter 1
There are no hidden faces in Chapter 1
Chapter 2
Freyslaug - Settlement Entrance
Once here, head to the thatched hut with a torch burning outside it and focus on the rocks that are built up against the doorway area. You should see a hidden face here and once you've focused it will disappear, leading to your first Yggdrasil Tree.
Freyslaug - Meeting The Stranger
At the bridge on the way down the hill, just where there's a marker stone and post and paths leading in various directions, head to your immediate left to see a hidden face shape in the rocks here. Focus to reveal its tree.
Chapter 3
Raudholar - Red Hills
There's the ruined wreck of an old cabin in the centre of a relatively large open area here. Head around the cabin and move along examining the rock face behind it until you find this reddish hue face to focus in on.

Whilst walking with your two companions downhill and through the ruined village, hook off to your right and then investigate the rocky cliffsides in this cul-de-sac to find the next hidden face.

And another! What a time to be alive. As you move along a very tight path in a later part of this small area, you'll find a small inlet to your left that has our next face sat at its end. You'll know you're in the right area when all the hills in the distance are red in colour.

As you approach the small pools of water in this part of the chapter, look to your right and you'll see a ledge up. Follow this path up to find one more ledge then around to nab our next face.
Chapter 4
Huldufolk - Enter The Cave
Use the reality-shifting light at the start here to change your surroundings then turn right around and head backwards a little to see this face now behind you in the rock.
Same area, but this time we are right at the end of the flooded cavern with stalactites, this one is easy to miss!
Huldufolk - Act of Sacrifice
This one can be found with a quick scan of your surroundings in the cavern with floating rocks.
Chapter 5
Bardarvik - To The Sea
As you head down the hill here, enjoying some nice sunshine for a change, you'll see a little waterfall and pool nestled into the yellowing rock on the left. Focus to the back of the waterfall to see the hidden face.
Bardarvik - Sjavarrisi
You'll come to a point during this sequence where you and your current human companion must push through a highlighted gap in a wall. As you approach, look to your right for a nice view and a bonus hidden face.
Bardarvik - Another Question
Pass through the rocky entrance with a white glyph on the right side then head downhill, keep focused and hooking in along the right side here, and you'll come to a rocky inlet with another hidden face.
This one is directly behind this area's lore stone. Once you interact with the lore stone, turn around and head back out of this strange blue-hueish cave and you'll see this face at the edge of a rock wall.
As you head down through the rainswept and stormy village here, keep to the right and then turn right at the first opportunity to run past a barn with a torch outside it. The hidden face is to the immediate left of the this building.
The final hidden face to find is right at the back of the little thatched hut you'll find towards the end of this chapter. There's a big tall torch lit to the right side of the building, follow it round to the back and focus on on the rocks.
